Rules of good neighbourhood
The quality of life depends on the goodwill of all, to be able to live in society it is to respect others, it is necessary to accept inherent disadvantages in this life in society. The list of the sources of litigations between neighbours isn't exhaustive, interest is easily understood therefore to know some rules of right.

Noise
For the calmness of neighbourhood excessive noise is punished in the daytime as of night. This concerns very noise issued inside houses or dependency coming from animals, from television sets, from radios, bangers, vehicles, tools of fixing things or of gardening.. Any noise caused by flippancy or through lack of precaution is reprehensible. If you organise a party, it is recommended to tell his neighbours (for example: by putting a message at the bottom of the building). Tout bruit causé par désinvolture ou par manque de précaution est répréhensible. Si vous organisez une soirée, il est recommandé de prévenir ses voisins (par exemple : en mettant un message en bas de l’immeuble).
The ravings of the animals
The ravings of the dogs, noise nuisances caused by untimely barkings, excretions are so many sources of the discontent of some of our fellow citizens.
